• Center for Health Care Strategies – research and publications on long term care and LTSS innovations, including specialty programs for the IDD population

• Nassau County AHRC – development of a specialized managed long term care plan for the IDD population and a FIDA plan for the NY Duals demonstration on Long Island

• New York City AHRC – expansion of the FIDA-DD and MLTC program into New York City

• Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies (NYC) – under a grant provided by the New York Health Foundation CJA is developing recommendations for a managed care model for children and youth in foster care in NY

• ArchCare (NYC) – strategic planning related to the operation of managed long term care plans and PACE programs in the Archdiocese of New York City

• Partners Health Plan (Brookville, NY) – a specialized Medicaid and Medicare managed care plan for adults with IDD

• Mercy Care Plan (Phoenix, AZ) – an AHCCCS and ALTCS health plan serving Title XIX recipients through acute (AHCCCS) and long-term care (ALTCS) health plans.  MCP also operates a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan serving individuals who are dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare

• Delaware Physicians Care – a Medicaid managed care plan with acute and long term care lines of business

• Maryland Physicians Care – a provider-sponsored Medicaid managed care plan

• Aetna Better Health (various states) – Aetna operates Medicaid managed care  programs for acute and long term care populations

• AlohaCare – a local, non-profit health plan serving Medicaid and Medicare
